Karen Johnson is the proud Owner/Operator of Thalia Gardens Assisted Living, bringing over 20 years of experience in senior care and management, along with my passion for serving the aging population. As the founder and administrator, I wear many hats from overseeing daily operations and team leadership to setting strategic goals, ensuring we meet the highest standards of care, safety, and comfort for our clients. My mission is to create a home-like environment where people feel valued and respected, where long term growth is not just possible but expected.
